Drug intelligence / Profile preview
68Ga-NTBP is a newly synthesized gallium-68 (68Ga) radiolabeled bicyclic peptide targeting Nectin-4 (Poliovirus receptor-related protein 4). It is developed as a positron emission tomography (PET) imaging tracer for the non-invasive quantification of Nectin-4 expression in tumors, particularly urothelial carcinoma. By binding specifically to Nectin-4, 68Ga-NTBP allows for patient stratification and screening for Nectin-4-targeted therapies, such as antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) like enfortumab vedotin. Preclinical evaluations demonstrate high radiochemical purity, stability, rapid renal excretion, and a strong positive correlation between tumor uptake and Nectin-4 expression levels.
