Drug intelligence / Profile preview
68Ga-NY129 is an investigational gallium-68-labeled radiopharmaceutical being developed by Norroy Bioscience for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging of prostate cancer. It is designed to target acid phosphatase 3 (ACP3), also known as prostatic acid phosphatase (PAP), which is highly expressed in prostate cancer cells. As a diagnostic PET tracer, 68Ga-NY129 enables non-invasive molecular imaging to detect and characterize prostate cancer lesions, serving as the diagnostic partner in a theranostic pair alongside its therapeutic counterpart, 177Lu-NY129.
