**68Ga-NYM032 is a small-molecule radiopharmaceutical designed for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging of prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-positive lesions, primarily in patients with prostate cancer.** It acts as a PSMA-targeting radiotracer, enabling sensitive and specific detection of prostate cancer lesions, including osseous and lymph node metastases. The compound is labeled with gallium-68 for diagnostic PET/CT imaging and has also been evaluated in theranostic applications paired with lutetium-177 for potential therapeutic use. Preclinical and early clinical studies have shown that 68Ga-NYM032 demonstrates high uptake in PSMA-expressing tumors, favorable safety profile, and promising diagnostic performance comparable or superior to existing agents such as 68Ga-PSMA617[1][2][3][4]. The drug was initially developed by Norroy Bioscience.
