Drug intelligence / Profile preview
68Ga-PL282 is an artificial intelligence (AI)-designed peptide radiotracer labeled with gallium-68 (68Ga) for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging of programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) expression. Developed by Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University, the tracer is designed to mimic the binding characteristics of known PD-L1 binders. In preclinical studies, 68Ga-PL282 demonstrated high affinity and specificity for PD-L1, rapid cellular uptake, and a favorable pharmacokinetic profile with rapid clearance from non-target organs, enabling non-invasive, quantitative assessment of PD-L1 expression and visualization of intra-tumoral heterogeneity.
