Drug intelligence / Profile preview
68Ga-PSMA-CYC is a novel gallium-68 labeled radiopharmaceutical designed for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging of prostate cancer. It specifically targets the prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA), which is highly overexpressed on the surface of prostate cancer cells. Developed by the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University, this tracer is being evaluated for its safety, biodistribution, and diagnostic performance in the staging and restaging of prostate cancer, often in head-to-head comparisons with established tracers like 68Ga-PSMA-617 and 68Ga-PSMA-11.
