**68Ga-RAD301** is an investigational diagnostic radiopharmaceutical consisting of a peptide conjugate radiolabeled with gallium-68 (68Ga), developed for PET imaging of **αvβ6-integrin** expression in carcinomas, particularly pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). Integrin αvβ6 is a cell-surface receptor highly expressed in many epithelial cancers, where its presence correlates with tumor invasion, metastatic growth, and poor prognosis. 68Ga-RAD301 binds to αvβ6-integrin with high specificity, enabling non-invasive visualization of primary and metastatic lesions via PET/CT with high tumor-to-background ratios. The radioisotope conjugate is administered intravenously at doses of 150±50 MBq (approx. 4 mCi) and undergoes serial imaging sessions to assess biodistribution, radiation dosimetry, and safety. Clinical studies have shown strong imaging efficacy and no reported adverse safety issues. In May 2024, it was granted FDA orphan drug designation for pancreatic cancer imaging.
