**68Ga-RM26-RGD** is an investigational dual-target positron-emission tomography imaging radiopharmaceutical developed by Peking Union Medical College Hospital. It is a gallium-68-labeled heterodimeric peptide comprising the GRPR-targeting antagonist RM26 and an RGD motif that binds integrin alpha-V beta-3. Following intravenous administration, it is intended to visualize tumors that express gastrin-releasing peptide receptor on tumor cells and/or integrin alpha-V beta-3 in tumor-associated neovasculature. The agent is being evaluated by PET/CT in breast cancer, prostate cancer, and brain tumors, including comparison with 18F-FDG PET/CT and single-target 68Ga-RM26 or 68Ga-RGD imaging.
