6MW3211 is a humanized bispecific monoclonal antibody developed by Mabwell. It is designed to selectively bind to both CD47 and PD-L1 on tumor cells, thereby blocking the CD47-SIRPα and PD-1/PD-L1 immune checkpoint pathways. This dual blockade promotes macrophage-mediated phagocytosis of tumor cells and enhances T cell activation, resulting in increased anti-tumor immune responses. The molecule features an IgG-like structure with a common light chain, which simplifies production and improves safety by avoiding binding to erythrocytes (red blood cells). Preclinical studies have demonstrated significant anti-tumor activity in both solid and hematological tumor models, as well as a favorable safety profile. Clinical development is ongoing for advanced cancers, including clear cell renal cancer[1][3][5][6][7].
