Drug intelligence / Profile preview
701跌打镇痛膏 (701 Pain Relieving Plaster) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) medicated plaster developed and manufactured by Guangzhou Baiyunshan Hejigong Pharmaceutical. It is formulated with a blend of active ingredients including camphor, menthol, methyl salicylate, borneol, and various herbal extracts (such as Scutellaria baicalensis, Phellodendron chinense, Reynoutria japonica, and Eupolyphaga sinensis). The plaster is designed for topical application to provide temporary relief from minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with simple backache, arthritis, strains, bruises, and sprains. It works by promoting blood circulation, dispersing blood stasis, reducing swelling, and expelling wind and dampness. The product is manufactured using a patented calendering process that allows for a high concentration of active herbal ingredients on an elastic cloth backing.
