Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**7B8-MMAE** is a preclinical MUC1-C-targeted antibody-drug conjugate developed by XYone Therapeutics. It consists of the 7B8 anti-MUC1-C extracellular-domain antibody conjugated to the microtubule-disrupting payload monomethyl auristatin E through a V-C-PAB linker. The ADC binds MUC1-C on tumor cells, is internalized, and delivers MMAE intracellularly to induce apoptotic cytotoxicity. Preclinical studies reported activity in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and metastatic colorectal cancer models. ([ascopubs.org](https://ascopubs.org/doi/pdf/10.1200/JCO.2024.42.16_suppl.e15025))
