7MW3711 is a novel antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Mabwell using its proprietary Interchain-Disulfide Drug Conjugate (IDDC) platform. It targets B7-H3, a member of the B7 ligand family that is overexpressed in many cancer types and contributes to immune evasion and tumor progression. The ADC consists of an innovative antibody molecule, a novel linker, and the cytotoxic payload Mtoxin (a topoisomerase I inhibitor). Upon administration, 7MW3711 binds specifically to B7-H3 antigens on tumor cell membranes, is internalized into lysosomes, releases its cytotoxic payload, and induces apoptosis in tumor cells. Preclinical studies have shown superior tumor-killing effects compared to similar ADCs and favorable safety profiles with controlled on- and off-target toxicities. 7MW3711 has been granted Orphan Drug Designation by the FDA for small cell lung cancer and is currently in Phase Ib/II clinical trials for advanced solid tumors[1][4][5][6].
