Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**89Zr-16A** is an investigational zirconium-89 radiolabeled 16A monoclonal-antibody immunoPET tracer for molecular imaging of tumors expressing an aberrantly glycosylated MUC1 neoantigen. The 16A antibody recognizes a GSTA glycosite-signature epitope within the MUC1 tandem-repeat region, with preferential uptake and internalization reported in COSMC-deficient MUC1-expressing tumor cells. The tracer is intended for PET/CT-based detection and characterization of MUC1-positive solid tumors, with a gastric-cancer-focused, phase-not-specified diagnostic clinical study registered as NCT06429891.
