Drug intelligence / Profile preview
89Zr-anti-CD103 antibody is a zirconium-89 radiolabeled monoclonal antibody targeting CD103 (integrin alpha-E), an integrin specifically expressed on the surface of cancer-reactive tissue-resident memory T cells (TRM). Developed by the University Medical Center Groningen and the University of Groningen in collaboration with Aduro Biotech (with antibody assets later transferred to Sairopa), this immuno-PET imaging agent is designed for non-invasive assessment of cancer-reactive T cell infiltration in the tumor microenvironment. By visualizing CD103-positive T cells, the tracer serves as a potential biomarker to predict and monitor patient responses to immune checkpoint inhibitor therapies across various solid tumors, including ovarian, endometrial, and cervical cancers.
