Drug intelligence / Profile preview
89Zr-anti-CD103 Fab fragment (also known as [89Zr]Zr-hCD103.Fab01A) is a zirconium-89-labeled monoclonal antibody fragment (Fab) targeting CD103 (integrin alpha-E). CD103 is an integrin specifically expressed on the surface of cancer-reactive tumor-resident memory T cells (TRM), which significantly increases during successful immunotherapy. Developed by the University Medical Center Groningen, the University of Groningen, and Aduro Biotech, this radiopharmaceutical is designed as an immuno-PET imaging tracer to non-invasively assess cancer-reactive T cell infiltration and monitor response to cancer immunotherapy, particularly immune checkpoint inhibition.
