Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**89Zr-DFO-hu4G4** is an investigational B7-H3-targeted immunoPET tracer comprising the humanized anti-B7-H3 IgG1 monoclonal antibody hu4G4 conjugated to the deferoxamine chelator and radiolabeled with positron-emitting zirconium-89. It binds extracellular B7-H3, also called CD276, enabling noninvasive PET visualization of B7-H3-expressing tumors. Preclinical studies in glioblastoma and engineered B7-H3-positive tumor models reported selective tumor uptake, prolonged tracer stability, and imaging performance supporting its potential use for tumor B7-H3-expression assessment.
