Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**89Zr-DFO-mAb-B43.13** is a preclinical CA125-targeted radioimmunoconjugate developed for immuno-positron emission tomography. It comprises the anti-CA125 monoclonal antibody mAb B43.13 conjugated to the desferrioxamine chelator and labeled with zirconium-89. By selectively binding mucin-16, it enables noninvasive visualization of CA125-positive high-grade serous ovarian cancer and metastatic lymph nodes. In OVCAR3 ovarian-cancer xenograft models, the tracer delineated tumors from 24 hours after administration and showed substantial uptake in tumor and metastatic lymph-node tissue.
