Drug intelligence / Profile preview
89Zr-DFO-REGN3504 is a radiolabeled monoclonal antibody developed by Regeneron Pharmaceuticals for use as an ImmunoPET imaging tracer. It consists of the anti-PD-L1 monoclonal antibody REGN3504 conjugated to the chelator desferrioxamine (DFO) and labeled with the positron-emitting radioisotope zirconium-89 (89Zr). The tracer is designed to non-invasively visualize and quantify PD-L1 expression in tumors and healthy tissues using Positron Emission Tomography (PET). This allows for the assessment of PD-L1 status across multiple tumor sites, potentially aiding in patient selection for PD-1/PD-L1 targeted therapies and monitoring treatment response. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for patients with advanced PD-L1 positive malignancies.
