Drug intelligence / Profile preview
89Zr-LNCab190 is a diagnostic radiopharmaceutical comprising a monoclonal antibody labeled with the positron-emitting isotope zirconium-89 (89Zr). It is designed as a HER2-targeted imaging agent for use in positron emission tomography (PET) to diagnose and screen for HER2-positive malignancies. The radiolabeled antibody binds to HER2-expressing cells, allowing for visualization of HER2-positive tumors in vivo. The drug is under early-phase clinical investigation primarily as a molecular imaging agent, not as a therapeutic. The originator and main developer is the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University[1][5].
