Drug intelligence / Profile preview
89Zr-ON102 is an investigational zirconium-89–labeled monoclonal antibody imaging agent developed by OncoOne for positron emission tomography (PET) to noninvasively assess target expression and biodistribution of its corresponding therapeutic anti-oxMIF antibody program in oncology. As a radiolabeled antibody (immunoPET tracer), it incorporates the long–half-life positron emitter zirconium-89 (approximately 78 hours), enabling high-contrast imaging several days after administration to match antibody pharmacokinetics and support selection, dosing, and response assessment of oxMIF-targeted cancer therapies.[3][4][6]
