9-ING-41 + paclitaxel + carboplatin is a combination chemotherapeutic regimen investigated for use in solid tumors and hematological malignancies. 9-ING-41 is a small molecule, ATP-competitive **glycogen synthase kinase-3 beta (GSK-3β) inhibitor** which shows preclinical and clinical antitumor activity via downregulation of the NF-κB pathway, inducing apoptosis and cell cycle arrest, and modulating oncogenic signaling.
