90-Y-IMP-288 is a radiolabeled peptide used in pretargeted radioimmunotherapy (PRIT) for cancer treatment. It consists of the synthetic hapten-peptide IMP-288 conjugated to the chelator DOTA and labeled with the beta-emitting radionuclide yttrium‑90 (Y‑90). The drug is designed for use in a two-step targeting strategy where a bispecific monoclonal antibody (such as TF10 or TF4) first binds to tumor-associated antigens and then captures the radiolabeled hapten-peptide at the tumor site. This approach delivers targeted cytotoxic radiation specifically to tumor cells expressing relevant antigens while minimizing exposure to normal tissues. Preclinical studies have shown efficacy in models of pancreatic cancer and B-cell lymphoma[1][3][4][6][8].
