Overview

99mTc-Mirc324 is a novel VHH-based radiotracer designed for SPECT/CT imaging. It targets GPC3 (Glypican-3), a protein often overexpressed in hepatocellular carcinoma. The drug is labeled with Technetium-99m (99mTc), enabling its use in diagnostic imaging for GPC3-positive hepatocellular carcinoma patients. It is currently being investigated in clinical trials by institutions including Peking University Cancer Hospital and Institute.
