**99mTc-nano-graphene oxide-polyethylene glycol-folic acid** is an experimental, folate receptor-targeted SPECT molecular-imaging probe. It consists of nanosized graphene oxide covalently functionalized with polyethylene glycol and folic acid, then directly radiolabeled with technetium-99m. Folic acid is intended to promote accumulation in folate receptor-expressing tumor cells, while the technetium-99m label enables gamma-camera and SPECT detection. The probe was evaluated following intravenous administration in Patu8988 human pancreatic-cancer xenograft-bearing nude mice, where tumors were visibly imaged at approximately 4 to 6 hours after injection. It is an academic preclinical imaging construct, with no identified commercial developer, brand name, regulatory approval, or registered clinical development program.
