Drug intelligence / Profile preview
9B05 is a preclinical-stage bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by 9Bio Therapeutics. It is designed to target two distinct tumor antigens: one associated with cancer stemness, chemotherapy resistance, and metastasis, and a second novel antigen linked to metastatic progression in colorectal, gastric, and breast cancers. By dual-targeting these antigens, 9B05 aims to overcome tumor heterogeneity and resistance mechanisms. The drug is currently being evaluated for the treatment of breast cancer, colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, and liver metastatic disease.
