Overview

9D9 is an experimental monoclonal antibody targeting cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4 (CTLA-4). It is designed to block the inhibitory signal mediated by CTLA-4, thereby enhancing T-cell activation and promoting anti-tumor immune responses. This mechanism is similar to that of other anti-CTLA-4 antibodies such as ipilimumab.
