Overview

A1-061 is a monoclonal antibody targeting Cytotoxic T-Lymphocyte Associated Protein 4 (CTLA-4), currently under development by AcroImmune for the treatment of various tumors. As a checkpoint inhibitor, A1-061 is designed to block the inhibitory signaling pathway mediated by CTLA-4 on T cells, thereby enhancing the immune system's ability to recognize and eliminate cancer cells. The drug has progressed into Phase 1/2 clinical trials, with early-stage clinical studies being conducted in Australia.
