Overview

A168 is a recombinant anti-vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2) fully human monoclonal antibody injection. It is currently undergoing a Phase I clinical study to evaluate its safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetic characteristics in patients with advanced solid tumors, both as a monotherapy and in combination with paclitaxel for advanced gastric adenocarcinoma or gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma. The drug is being developed by Sichuan Kelun-Biotech Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
