**A8G6** is an investigational intranasal fixed-dose cocktail of two human SARS-CoV-2-neutralizing monoclonal antibodies, reported in peer-reviewed efficacy and structural studies as **55A8 + 58G6**. The antibodies bind distinct, non-overlapping epitopes in the receptor-binding domain of the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein and act synergistically to inhibit spike engagement of human ACE2, thereby neutralizing viral entry at the nasal mucosa. It was originated through research at Chongqing Medical University and developed for post-exposure prevention and potential treatment of COVID-19 by Mingdao Haoyue Biotechnology as a nasal spray.
