Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AAA604 (also known as 177Lu-FF58) is an investigational radioligand therapy developed by Novartis in collaboration with PeptiDream. It consists of FF58, a non-RGD small molecule targeting the transmembrane integrin receptors αvβ3 and αvβ5, conjugated to the beta-emitting radioisotope lutetium-177 (177Lu). AAA604 was evaluated in a Phase 1 clinical trial for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma, and glioblastoma multiforme. In December 2024, Novartis terminated the Phase 1 trial, and in August 2025, PeptiDream confirmed that development of the FF58 program would not be continued.
