Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**AAN-12x** is a preclinical RNA-based oncology therapeutic program developed by Divincell and Aanastra for tumors carrying oncogenic **KRAS G12D, G12V, or G12C** mutations. It uses the PEP-NP peptide-nanoparticle delivery system to deliver KRAS-directed guide RNA together with CRISPR-Cas9 RNA, with the intended effect of selectively editing or silencing mutant KRAS drivers in cancer cells. The program is being explored for KRAS-mutant solid tumors, including lung cancer, colorectal cancer, and pancreatic cancer.
