Drug intelligence / Profile preview
aAPC-NK001 is a preclinical-stage artificial antigen-presenting cell (aAPC) technology developed by YaKe Biotechnology for the ex vivo expansion and activation of natural killer (NK) cells. The platform is designed to generate highly active NK cells with enhanced cytotoxic activity against cancer cells. In vitro studies have demonstrated that NK cells expanded using the aAPC-NK001 system exhibit potent tumor-killing efficacy against A549 lung cancer cells. The technology is being developed for applications in cancer prevention, immune enhancement, and oncology immunotherapy.
