Overview

aAPC-NK002 is a preclinical-stage artificial antigen-presenting cell (aAPC) technology developed by YaKe Biotechnology for the ex vivo expansion and activation of natural killer (NK) cells. The platform is designed to enhance the cytotoxic activity of NK cells against cancer cells. In vitro studies have demonstrated that NK cells expanded using the aAPC-NK002 system exhibit potent tumor-killing activity against A549 lung cancer cells. The technology is being developed for applications in cancer prevention, immune enhancement, and oncology.
