Overview

Ab-14-SA-PSSM1 is a computationally designed variant antibody optimized using the Ab-Affinity large language model (LLM) in combination with genetic algorithms and simulated annealing. It is designed to target a specific epitope on the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein with high affinity and stability. The antibody is expressed in *Pichia pastoris* and is being experimentally validated for its binding affinity and neutralization potential against SARS-CoV-2.
