AB-7000 is a discovery-stage, programmable cell therapy being developed by Arsenal Biosciences for the treatment of solid tumors. The program utilizes Arsenal's proprietary CRISPR-based CITE (CRISPR Integration of Transgene via Electroporation) technology to engineer T cells with integrated synthetic biological circuits. These circuits are designed to incorporate logic gates and other features that enhance tumor targeting and improve the cells' ability to persist and function within the immunosuppressive solid tumor microenvironment. While the specific biological targets and primary disease indications for AB-7000 have not yet been publicly disclosed, the program is currently in the preclinical and IND-enabling phase of development.
