AB011 + gemcitabine + nab-paclitaxel is an investigational combination therapy composed of three agents: AB011 (an investigational monoclonal antibody candidate, presumed to target CD93 based on available scientific literature), gemcitabine (a nucleoside analog chemotherapy with antimetabolite activity), and nab-paclitaxel (albumin-bound paclitaxel, a mitotic inhibitor delivered in nanoparticle albumin formulation) used together as a regimen for the treatment of cancers, most commonly studied in solid tumors such as pancreatic cancer. This combination leverages AB011's proposed anti-angiogenic/immunomodulatory effects with the established cytotoxic mechanisms of gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel.
