Overview

**AB122 + TAS-120** is an investigational combination therapy for advanced or metastatic solid tumors. AB122 is a monoclonal antibody targeting the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), functioning as a checkpoint inhibitor to enhance antitumor immune responses. TAS-120 (international nonproprietary name: *futibatinib*) is an irreversible, covalent small molecule inhibitor of fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFR) 1–4, designed to overcome acquired resistance mutations in the FGFR kinase domain found in cancers such as intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. This combination aims to synergistically target tumor cells by both direct inhibition of oncogenic signaling and modulation of the immune system[1][3].
