Overview

AB410a is a molecular glue degrader (MGD) payload developed by AevisBio, specifically designed for use in degrader-antibody conjugates (DACs). It targets Polo-like kinase 1 (PLK1), a critical regulator of the cell cycle that is often overexpressed in various malignancies. By inducing the degradation of PLK1 rather than just inhibiting its activity, AB410a aims to provide a more potent and durable anti-tumor effect. The drug is currently in lead optimization for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML), multiple myeloma (MM), metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC), and triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC).
