Overview

AB410x is a molecular glue degrader (TPD) developed by AevisBio that targets Polo-like kinase 1 (PLK1). By inducing the degradation of PLK1, a key regulator of the cell cycle, AB410x aims to disrupt mitosis and induce apoptosis in cancer cells. The drug is currently in the lead optimization stage for the treatment of various malignancies, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML), multiple myeloma (MM), metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC), and triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC).
