Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Abazistobart (609A, SSGJ-609A) is a recombinant humanized immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4) kappa monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1). Developed by Sunshine Guojian, abazistobart acts as an immune checkpoint inhibitor by blocking the interaction between PD-1 and its ligands (PD-L1 and PD-L2), thereby restoring T-cell activation and enhancing anti-tumor immune responses. It is under clinical evaluation for the treatment of various solid tumors, including advanced or unresectable undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma (UPS) and other soft tissue sarcomas. Additionally, Sunshine Guojian has partnered with Syncromune to develop abazistobart as part of the SYNC-T (SV-102) multi-mechanistic in situ combination immunotherapy.
