ABBV-1451 is a monoclonal antibody developed by AbbVie that targets **Blood Dendritic Cell Antigen 2 (BDCA2)**, also known as **CLEC4C**. As of 2024, ABBV-1451 is in Phase 1 clinical development, with studies evaluating its safety and pharmacokinetics in healthy volunteers, including specific cohorts of Japanese and Han Chinese subjects.
