Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ABBV-155 + paclitaxel is a combination investigational therapy consisting of mirzotamab clezutoclax (ABBV-155), a first-in-class antibody-drug conjugate, and paclitaxel, a widely used chemotherapeutic agent. ABBV-155 is composed of a BCL-XL inhibitor payload, a solubilizing linker, and a monoclonal anti-B7H3 antibody, designed to target and induce apoptosis in B7H3-expressing tumor cells. Paclitaxel stabilizes microtubules, inhibiting mitosis and cell division. The combination is being studied primarily in adults with relapsed or refractory solid tumors, notably non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and breast cancer.
