Overview

ABBV-181 + ABBV-368 + ABBV-927 is an investigational three-drug combination, comprised of budigalimab (ABBV-181, an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody), revdofilimab (ABBV-368, an anti-TIM-3 monoclonal antibody), and giloralimab (ABBV-927, a CD40 agonist monoclonal antibody), developed by AbbVie. The combination is under study for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). Modulation of multiple immune checkpoints (PD-1, TIM-3) alongside immune co-stimulation (CD40) is designed to enhance anti-tumor immune response[1][2][4][5][9].
