ABBV-3373

**ABBV-3373** is an investigational anti-tumor necrosis factor alpha glucocorticoid receptor modulator antibody-drug conjugate developed by AbbVie for moderate-to-severe rheumatoid arthritis in patients receiving background methotrexate. It consists of the anti-TNF monoclonal antibody adalimumab covalently linked to the proprietary glucocorticoid receptor modulator payload A-1677770. By binding transmembrane TNF on activated immune cells, it is designed to combine TNF blockade with targeted intracellular delivery of an anti-inflammatory glucocorticoid-receptor-modulating payload while limiting systemic glucocorticoid exposure. In a completed Phase 2a rheumatoid arthritis study, ABBV-3373 showed improvement in disease activity versus a prespecified historical adalimumab reference; it is not an approved medicine.
