ABBV-400 + itraconazole

ABBV-400 + itraconazole is an experimental combination of an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), ABBV-400 (telisotuzumab adizutecan, brand name Temab-A), and the antifungal drug itraconazole. ABBV-400 targets the c-Met protein overexpressed in several advanced solid tumors, delivering a potent topoisomerase 1 inhibitor payload directly to tumor cells.[1][2][3][5][6] Itraconazole is a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor and is used in the combination to assess drug-drug interactions affecting ABBV-400 pharmacokinetics. The combination is being evaluated in a clinical trial involving patients with advanced solid tumors including hepatocellular carcinoma, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, biliary tract cancers, esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, triple-negative breast cancer, hormone receptor-positive/HER2-negative breast cancer, head and neck squamous-cell carcinoma, platinum-resistant high grade epithelial ovarian cancer, and other advanced solid tumors.[3][5]
