ABBV-444

ABBV-444 is an investigational ophthalmic drug developed as an artificial tear formulation for the treatment of Dry Eye Disease (DED). It contains trehalose and sodium hyaluronate, which are known to improve tear film stability and ocular surface comfort. Clinical studies have shown that ABBV-444 can provide rapid symptom relief, with onset of action observed as early as 30 seconds after administration.
