ABBV-525

ABBV-525 is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma translocation protein 1 (MALT1), developed by AbbVie. It is designed to target and inhibit MALT1, a key component in the B-cell receptor signaling pathway that is crucial for the survival and proliferation of malignant B cells. By inhibiting MALT1, ABBV-525 disrupts downstream signaling pathways such as NF-κB, leading to immunomodulating and antineoplastic effects.
