Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ABBV-927 + ABBV-368 is an investigational combination therapy consisting of two monoclonal antibodies: ABBV-927, a CD40 agonist, and ABBV-368, an OX40 agonist. ABBV-927 stimulates CD40, a costimulatory molecule necessary for innate and adaptive immune activation, promoting T-cell activation and proliferation. ABBV-368 targets OX40, enhancing nascent T-cell responses and suppressing regulatory T-cell activity. The combination is being evaluated for its synergistic immunotherapeutic effects in advanced solid tumors including non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). Developed and sponsored by AbbVie, these agents are administered intravenously in clinical trials to determine their safety, pharmacokinetics, recommended dosing, and preliminary efficacy[2][3][5].
