ABBV-927 + carboplatin + budigalimab

This is a combination therapy consisting of **ABBV-927** (a CD40 agonist monoclonal antibody), **carboplatin** (a platinum-based chemotherapy), and **budigalimab** (a programmed cell death protein 1 [PD-1] inhibitor monoclonal antibody). ABBV-927 activates CD40, a key costimulatory protein in the innate and adaptive immune system, enhancing T cell activation and proliferation. Budigalimab blocks PD-1, reversing immune suppression by tumors. Carboplatin interferes with DNA replication and induces apoptosis in dividing cancer cells.
