ABCREAM is a topical monoclonal antibody ointment developed by Yes Agency (Anogen) for the treatment of inflammatory skin conditions, specifically psoriasis and eczema. The drug functions by neutralizing Interleukin-8 (IL-8/CXCL8), a key pro-inflammatory chemokine involved in the recruitment and activation of neutrophils and the proliferation of keratinocytes.
