Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ABD-320 is a targeted radiopharmaceutical biologic therapy developed by Abdera Therapeutics. It is designed to deliver the alpha-emitting radioisotope Actinium-225 to solid tumors that express an undisclosed target, which is described as widely prevalent and associated with poor outcomes in several cancer types. The therapy was engineered using Abdera’s ROVEr platform to optimize tumor uptake and retention while minimizing systemic radiotoxicity. ABD-320 represents the first therapeutic candidate specifically developed for this particular (undisclosed) target[1][6].
